The rules for using wayoni, in plain language.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wayoni. The service is an early-stage, unincorporated project operated by Ivan Mytrofanov, Prague, Czech Republic ("we", "us" or "Wayoni"). By accessing Wayoni or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Wayoni is a free travel-discovery tool. It helps you search and compare possible destinations and offers using data from third parties. Wayoni is not an airline, travel agent, tour operator, travel insurer, payment provider or booking platform. We do not sell tickets or accommodation and are not a party to any booking you make with a third party.
Prices, availability, routing, travel documents, carrier rules and other offer information come from third parties and can change, be incomplete or be wrong. Check every material detail directly with the provider before you book or travel. A booking link takes you to the third party's site, whose terms, privacy policy, cancellation rules and customer support apply to that transaction.
Some links are affiliate links. Wayoni may receive a commission if you make a qualifying booking after following one. This does not add a fee to Wayoni's service, but the provider's displayed price and terms always control.
You must not use Wayoni to:
We may suspend or close an account, or limit access, when reasonably necessary to protect Wayoni, users, partners or the law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge the decision.
You keep ownership of the data you submit. You give us the limited permission to host, process and use it to operate, secure and improve Wayoni, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to submit anything you add to the service.
The Wayoni name, design, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer intellectual-property rights to you.
Wayoni is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at a particular time, or that any third-party offer is accurate or suitable for you. Travel decisions are yours: check visas, health guidance, safety, insurance, entry requirements and booking details with the relevant official or travel provider sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayoni is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or loss arising from a third-party booking, service or content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your mandatory consumer rights.
You can stop using Wayoni at any time and can delete your account in Settings. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms, continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as Wayoni changes. We will post the updated version and change the date above. For a material change, we will give reasonable additional notice where practicable. The updated Terms apply from their stated effective date; if you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
Czech law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence or the courts you are entitled to use under applicable law.
